EASIHE Assembly: Workshop on Higher Learning Skills and Good Feedback

We have now held our first assembly on 10th Feb 2010.
The purpose of the workshop was to discuss and agree good practice for creating formative assessments for higher order learning skills that give outstanding, computer generated feedback.

I am working on the BPC benefits realisation project.
I am investigating strategies to improve sustainability and uptake.
I am helping organise assemblies.

Update

This is a short update to document that I’m now using EdShare to allow students/lecturers etc to comment and rate eAssessments as they do them.
 They can then be updated by the lecturer to improve them.
 I have a nice little demo of this which is available on request.

Assembly

Following our previous proposal to external contacts (inc contacts at Cambridge, Plymouth, Coventry and Reading) on having an assembly, we will be continuing to try and find a suitable date in august.
